After the break, we continue with the game of eating together. As every time so far, we got a choice of sweet and savory recipe. The savory recipe seemed to me like a great opportunity for lunch during the work day. And I wasn’t mistaken – in just 45 minutes I had burgers and two side dishes and a salad on my plate. It can’t get any better than that!

  • 250 g minced turkey
  • 5 g of salt
  • freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 small zucchini grated
  • 130 g grated gouda
  • 1 egg
  • a few tablespoons of bread crumbs

Season the meat and mix. Add grated carrots, zucchini and cheese and mix. Beat the egg and add to the mixture. Add a few tablespoons of bread crumbs to make the mixture compact. Shape the burgers and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. From this mixture I got 7 burgers with a diameter of 7 cm. If desired, fill the empty space on the tin with potatoes cut into thin slices. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C. Then turn the burgers (and the potatoes if you have them) and bake for another 10 minutes. After turning, coat the potatoes with a thin layer of olive oil and add salt. Serve with cooked vegetables and salad of your choice.
