  • 400 g of potatoes
  • 3 sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g of grated hard cheese
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig of fresh parsley

Peel a squash, grate it and cook. Fry sliced ​​sausages in a pan without adding fat. Remove the sausages and sauté the onion cut into crescents on the fat they have released (add olive oil if necessary). Add the potatoes and finely chopped garlic and fry briefly.

Lightly coat the ceramic dish with butter. Place the potato and onion mixture on the bottom. Arrange the sausage slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Beat eggs with spices. add a piece of grated cheese and pour into a ceramic bowl. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190°C until the surface gets a nice color.
