The first time I worked out a recipe for a shared meal game twice. The chocolate glaze cracked while cutting, which gave me a chance to refine the recipe to our liking. I didn’t like the fact that oats predominate in the taste, so I increased the amount of walnuts, finished some other little things and now our bajadera is perfect.

  • 180 ml of soft
  • 2 tablespoons neutral-flavored honey
  • 140 g of walnuts
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 160 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Heat the milk then add the honey and stir until melted. Grind walnuts and oats in a multipractice. Add the milk and stir until the mixture is combined. Divide into two equal parts and add 60 g of melted chocolate to one part.

Coat the oblong bread pan with cling film. Place the dark mixture on the bottom and the light mixture on top. Melt 100 g of chocolate on a steamer and add oil, then pour over the light mixture. Place the mold in the refrigerator overnight. Remove with the help of foil, remove the foil and let it stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting.
