If you follow me regularly, you know that I love to have breakfast, and my favorite is the casual weekend breakfast. This recipe is perfect for a casual breakfast. Put all the ingredients in a multipractice or blender, blend to combine the ingredients, then bake the fragrant pancakes and enjoy.   • 180 g oatmeal
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for sweeter pancakes add another tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large ripe bananas (cut into slices)

Place the oatmeal in a multipractice and pulse several times until ground. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the ingredients are combined. If you use a blender, prepare the pancake mixture in the same way. Heat a pancake pan and lightly grease it with oil (which you pour off when the pan heats up). I took out the mixture with an ice cream spoon, so that all the pancakes were the same size – pour the mixture in the middle, and it will spread slightly. Turn the pancakes when the holes start to make holes on the top and the edge becomes dry, so bake them upside down for a while. From this amount of ingredients I got 14 pancakes with a diameter of 6 cm.
