Sometimes just a few ingredients and a little time is enough for an effective dessert. So is this dessert. All you need to do is wait for the bananas and avocados to be ripe enough to be able to enjoy a healthy dessert. I usually buy an avocado and on the day it ripens I use it for this recipe. In summer, I like to cool the pudding in the fridge, and in the colder months it is not necessary, it can be eaten immediately. The amount of these ingredients is enough for 2 servings.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe large banana
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, then scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a multipractice. Add the banana sliced into rings and other ingredients and pulse briefly until all the ingredients are combined and you get a smooth mixture. Distribute the mixture in 2 bowls and, if desired, cool or serve immediately.
