Behind us is another round of shared meals, and I’m back with sweet recipes. It just so happened that avocados were included in the offer at the local store, and it is the main ingredient of this dessert. Quick, easy and just as important – this is a recipe for only 10 balls so you can sweeten up whenever you want. Instead of avocado you can put a banana (so reduce the amount of honey), instead of almond flour any ground nuts, add cinnamon, grated citrus peel, vanilla flavor, dip the balls in white chocolate or roll in cocoa / ground nuts, …
- 150 g of peeled avocado
- 20 g cocoa
- 50 g of honey
- 60 g of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 100 g of dark chocolate
Mash the avocado with a fork. Add cocoa, honey, rum and almond flour and mix until smooth. If necessary, add more almond flour to get a compact mixture. Shape the balls and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt in the steam. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, place them on the rack to drain off the excess chocolate and decorate as desired.
