Ranch Dressing

Nothing beats a good ranch with lots of herbs and spices. My Ranch Dressing is great for dressing salads or for dipping veggies, meat or anything else your heart desires.

Ingredients
  • 1 c mayonnaise Make it
  • 1/4 c coconut milk beverage I use So Delicious unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Buy it
  • 1 tsp dried parsley, ground
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives, ground
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill, ground
  • 1/8 tsp paprika powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper powder optional

Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pint sized Mason jar, seal with lid and shake well.
  2. Let the flavors develop in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Overnight is ideal.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
