Nutola

My Nutola is lightly sweetened with a hint of salt and has just the right crunch. It makes a great grain-free snack and also tastes pretty amazing in a bowl with cold coconut milk.

Ingredients
  • 3 c mixed nuts, seeds and coconut flakes Soaked nuts/seeds if possible
  • 1 c dried fruit optional
  • 1/4 c raw honey
  • 1/4 c refined coconut oil, melted + extra for oiling Buy it
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 Β°F.
  2. Pulse nuts in a food processor until you get your desired size.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients, except dried fruit, in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread in an even, single layer on a large, lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let cool before mixing in dried fruit if adding then transfer to airtight container.
