Ingredients
  • 7 oz jar of organic tomato paste Buy it
  • 1/3 c filtered water
  • 1/4 c raw honey
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar Buy it
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of allspice
  • Pinch of mustard powder

Primal Recipe Tester Ketchup
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat and stir to combine.
  2. Once it starts bubbling turn down to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Transfer to a pint sized Mason jar, seal with lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.*

*For a smoother texture, blend with a hand blender.
