Ingredients
  • 1c hazelnuts
  • 1/4 c full fat coconut milkBuy it
  • 1/4c raw honeyBuy it
  • 2tbsp cacao powderBuy it
  • 1tbsp refined coconut oil, meltedBuy it
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Roast the hazelnuts for 15 minutes then let cool slightly. Remove the skins by rubbing off with your fingers.*
  2. Process the hazelnuts in a food processor until it becomes a smooth nut butter.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

*Try to get most of the skin off, but don’t worry if you can’t remove it all.
