Creamy Caesar Dressing

Nothing beats a good Caesar salad in my book. Add some grilled chicken and my Creamy Caesar Dressing to romaine lettuce for a simple dinner that will be sure to satisfy. And for some crunch? Try my Pork Rind Crusted Soft Boiled Eggs. Or for an easy app, mix the dressing with hard boiled egg yolks (1 tbsp/yolk) and top with crushed pork rinds and green onions for Caesar deviled eggs. Yum!

  • 1 c Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Buy it
  • 1/4 c raw parmesan optional
  • 2 pastured egg yolks
  • 3 whole anchovy filets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp raw coconut vinegar Buy it
  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
  1. Add of the ingredients except avocado oil to food processor and process until combined.
  2. Very, very slowly add avocado oil to food processor.
  3. Transfer to storage container and let the flavors develop in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Overnight is ideal.
