  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 6 cups chicken bone broth homemade or Buy it
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk Buy it
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 c buffalo wing sauce Buy it
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil Buy it
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried mushrooms, ground
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika powder

Instructions
  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large stock pot over medium heat, then add the celery, carrots, onion and garlic and sauté for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the herbs and spices and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and broth and bring to a boil then turn down to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and buffalo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.*
Recipe Notes

*This is a medium spicy soup, so decrease the buffalo sauce to 1/4 c for mild or increase to 3/4 c for HOT.
