Ingredients
  • 1c water
  • 2tbsp full fat coconut milkBuy it
  • 1heaping tsp black tea
  • 1tsp clarified butter
  • 1tsp refined coconut oilBuy it
  • 1/2tsp Vital Proteins Collagen PeptidesBuy it
  • Pinch Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
  1. Add tea to a reusable tea bag and put in a pint sized Mason jar.
  2. Boil water then pour into Mason jar, cover with a small plate and let steep for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove tea then add the rest of the ingredients, tightly cover Mason jar with lid and shake for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
